Our lobby is now open to members

In an effort to continue practicing social distancing, we have put these guidelines in place:

  • Hand sanitizer stations have been placed in the lobby.  We encourage you to use them as you enter and exit the building.
  • Limit 3 members in the lobby at one time.  Please keep 6 feet apart by standing on the floor markers inside the lobby.  
  • PLEASE only 1 member per family in the lobby.
  • If you are feeling ill, we ask that you do not come into the office/lobby.  You can pay your bill by telephone at 1-844-203-6543 or click here to use our SmartHub payment system.  Payments can also be made using the SmartHub app on your smartphone or tablet.  For Apple users, search SmartHub in the app store.  For Android users, search SmartHub in your android marketplace.  
  • If you see any of our employees working, please keep a safe distance from them to protect yourself from the dangers associated with the electrical work that they may be performing and to stay in compliance with keeping a safe social distance. If you are reporting an outage, and have important information that you believe will aid them in the restoration process, please give the dispatcher that information so you do not have to approach a lineman doing the repairs.
  • Our dropbox, located in front of our office building at 2506 False River Drive, is available 24 hours a day.  Only check or money order should be placed in the dropbox.  Make sure your account number is written on your payment and place your payment in an envelope.
