Coronavirus Precautions by PC Electric

Staying prepared in emergency situations has always been our plan, and PC Electric wants all our members to know that we are taking every precaution in our office, and on the road, to keep our employees and members safe from the Coronavirus.  These precautions require us to close our lobby to our members and vendors.  However, members are still responsible for payment, in full, of their electric bill.

You may drop off your payment in our drop box located in the front of our office building at 2506 False River Drive, our you may use our online bill payment system (SmartHub) here on the homepage of this website.  We do not accept any cash payments through the drop box.

Payments may also be made by downloading the SmartHub app in the Apple store or the Android marketplace on your smartphone.

If you would like to fill out an application for new service, please download the application here and follow the instructions.

These services are available to you 24 hours a day.

PC Electric is well-stocked with supplies in the event of an outage, and as always, will restore power to you as quickly and safely as possible.  However, in keeping with governmental guidelines regarding social distancing, if you see our workers out on the job and you wish to say hello, please give them only a friendly wave or a nod.

The most updated information regarding outages and emergency situations will be posted on our Facebook page, Twitter page, and here in the news section of our website.  We are all in this together.  Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
