PCEMC and SWPA partnership Pointe Coupee Electric also receives power from the Southwestern Power Administration, www.swpa.gov.  As a cooperative PCE is entitled to a share of the hydro power produced by the SWPA.  This power is delivered to the PCE service through an arrangement with LaGen and SWPA.
