Attention: Marketing Department
PO Box 160/2506 False River Drive
New Roads, LA 70760.

Fees are used to defray a portion of advertising costs and expenses that occur while organizing and promoting the market. Setup time for farmers and craft vendors is 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on the day of the market. The market is open to the public from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Every participant must remain until thew close of the market. No one will be allowed to start picking up until 2:00pm. Those vendors not cooperating may not be allowed to return to future markets. Craft vendors are asked to unload their vehicles as fast as possible then park in the area that will be designated. They can then set up their booths. Booth space is approximately 10' X 10'. Farmers will be permitted to sell from their trucks. If weather and ground conditions permit, the market will be held under trees on a grassy area. If conditions are not suitable, the market will be held on the concrete parking area or the front lawn (no trees). The market will not be rescheduled in the event of cancellation due to inclement weather. Fees will not be refunded.

Each vendor is responsible for providing his/her own display stands, tables, protective covering, bags, containers, change and any other supplies needed. It is recommended that vendors have some type of canopy or tent not larger than 10' X 10'. Tents should be equipped with devices to set up on concrete. Drilling of holes will not be permitted on concrete. Long guy ropes will not be permitted to secure tents or canopies because of safety hazards. Each vendor is responsible for providing trash receptacles and cleaning up at the close of the market.

Each vendor is responsible for any and all taxes required by local, state and federal governments.

Restroom facilities are available.

There will be a $20.00 fee charged for all NSF checks. Vendors will be required to pay cash for their booth plus the additional fee in order to set up their booth the morning of the market.

Be it further noted that Pointe Coupee Electric Membership Corporation and all other participating organizations and individuals shall not be held responsible or liable in any way for any and all property damage, theft, fire, personal injuries, taxes, sales, weather, natural disasters, or any other accidents or incidents or act of omission or commission which arises during the Pointe Coupee Electric Open Air Market.
