One hundred (100) acre site located North of Plaquemine, LA off of LA. Hwy 1148. Diamond Plastics has purchased 40 acres and has built a rigid PVC pipe manufacturing plant. The remaining 60 acres are for "light industrial" use. Sites can be broken out from 5 to 60 acres.
