Johnny Plauche

the importance of its member owners getting to know the people who are
instrumental in providing them with quality electric services. |

| This month
PCEMC would like to introduce Johnny Plauche to its member owners.
Since 1979 Johnny has worked the 1050 miles of Pointe Coupee
Electric lines. Johnny’s 30 years of knowledge and experience as
well as his comical nature and good humor make it easy to spotlight
this valued employee. Johnny first started as an apprentice lineman
and later in 1991 was promoted to the position of Lead Lineman.
Johnny is currently responsible for new construction of lines and
maintaining the current system. He handles mostly hot line work,
but you will also find him answering trouble calls and providing
service work, keeping power lines free of limbs, vines and other
obstructions. Johnny says that the thing he loves most about his
job is working with his fellow coworkers and the cooperative
members. |
