Wright "B.J." LaCour
Each
month PCEMC highlights one of our valued employees. PCEMC
understands the importance of its member-owners getting to
know the people who are instrumental in providing them with
quality electric services.

This
month PCEMC would like to introduce Wright "B.J." LaCour
to its member-owners. B.J. began his employment at PCEMC in August,
2001 and presently holds the position of Lineman for the Operations
Department. B.J.'s responsibilities include new construction of
lines and maintaining the current system. You will also find B.J.
answering trouble calls and providing service work as well as keeping
power lines free of limbs, vines and other obstructions. B.J. will
tell you the best thing about his job is working with people and
helping the members on a day-to-day basis.
B.J.
is a native of Batchelor, La. He has been married four years to
Heather Jones. They have two beautiful girls—Katelyn, 3, and
McKennly, 1. When not working, B.J. loves spending time with his
family. He also enjoys hunting, fishing and watching sports. His
favorite restaurant is OutBack SteakHouse, and his favorite food
is steak. B.J.'s favorite sport is football and his favorite musician
is Hank Williams, Jr.
B.J.
says his greatest childhood memory was going horseback riding with
his friends and family. His favorite vacation was with his wife
to Astro World in Houston. If B.J. could visit any place in the
world, money being no object, that place would be Hawaii. Why? To
see the "Beautiful" sights!
